Padova, the home of the Basilica di Sant’Antonio, celebrates St. Anthony’s Feast Day every year on June 13. Hundreds of locals and tourists gathered for mass at the Basilica and for the relic procession throughout the city. The city center streets were packed full of people all day worshiping and celebrating.

The service recieved so many attendees, many had to stand between pews and in walkways.In addition to mass and fair-like celebrations, the highlight of Feast Day is the parade that takes over Padova. Crowds lined the entire city’s streets.Basilica di Sant’Antonio is said to house the floating rib of St. Anthony. May 21, 2023 – A Boston University graduate raises their first walking past the WGA picket line outside Nickerson Field. The Writers Guild and many students protested BU’s commencement speaker David Zaslav of Warner Bros because of the ongoing writers’ strike.
